The room was not as fancy as I thought it would be.

Gorgeous and the amenities were nice, will definitely stay again!

Honestly, nothing! Everything went above and beyond all of our expectations!

The price and the little extras that the waterfront has, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, looking for that romantic, relaxing, just for fun, or even a business trip! The waterfront, well, everyone working there absolutely went above and beyond making our stay wonderful! Even the housekeeping staff, they were so wonderful about keeping the hotel beautiful. The staff was nice and the hotel room was spacious.

We were put into a room where someone had smoked.

The hotel is attractive and has nice on-site amenities and is near some nice restaurants. It is right by WVU's campus. The pool is heated and it has a great hot tub. We'll go back.

This hotel is gorgeous. The room was huge and beautiful. I have no negatives about the room or the staff. The staff very helpful.

The restaurant was way to expensive. The breakfast buffet was only $10 per person but was not very good.

Convenient location to restaurants and bars. Clean, nice facility.

We requested to use the shuttle during our stay, but we always got an excuse as to why the shuttle could be used etc..

It's a pleasant hotel with friendly staff. The 2 bars in the lobby both have a nice atmosphere. Good amount of room space that was clean.

Restaurants were great as was the location in regards to the reason we were there.

Firealarms forcing evacuation both nights we stayed with no fire.

The hotel had a good location in regards to WV University. Plenty of parking was available. They had a great breakfast bar that was very reasonably priced. Nice fitness center, pool and hot tub.
